About Lycabettus Hill, Athens

Mount Lycabettus is the highest point in central Athens, a pine-covered limestone hill 277 metres high. A funicular railway runs up through a tunnel to the top, where the little white Chapel of St George stands beside a restaurant and an open-air theatre. From the summit, the whole city spreads out to the sea, with the Acropolis rising in the middle.

Puzzle tip: the green hill is the landmark; the white buildings of the city are best done in small groups.
