About Steam Train on the Eritrean Railway

The Eritrean Railway climbs from the Red Sea port of Massawa to Asmara, rising almost 2,400 metres in about 120 kilometres through steep mountains, with dozens of tunnels and stone viaducts. It was built by the Italians between 1887 and 1932, badly damaged during the long war, and lovingly rebuilt in the 1990s and 2000s by retired railway workers using the old steam locomotives. Today special steam trains still run on the line between Asmara and Arbaroba. This photo shows a steam train crossing a stone viaduct among the green mountains.

Puzzle tip: start with the white steam and the train, then the arches of the viaduct, and the mountainside last.
