About Palm Trees on the Shore of Lake Tanganyika

Burundi is a small, hilly country in the heart of Africa, often called the land of a thousand hills, and its lowest land lies along the shore of Lake Tanganyika, where oil palms and banana trees grow in the warm, humid air. In the rainy seasons the lake has risen in recent years, flooding beaches and trees along its edge. Behind the shore, steep green slopes climb to the Congo-Nile ridge, which divides the rivers flowing to the Congo from those flowing to the Nile. This photo shows palm trees standing at the water's edge, with mountains across the lake.

Puzzle tip: start with the palm trees and their leaves, then the mountains across the lake, and the water and the sky last.
