About Zebras on the Plains

Zebras roam the grasslands of the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater in large herds, often mixed with wildebeest. No two zebras have the same stripes. Scientists think the stripes may help keep biting flies away and confuse predators when a herd runs together. Zebra foals learn to recognise their mother by her stripes, voice and smell.

Puzzle tip: the black and white stripes help pieces match; the grass and sky come last.
