About Illimani above La Paz

Illimani, at about 6,440 metres, is the second-highest mountain in Bolivia and towers over the city of La Paz. Its three snowy peaks can be seen from almost everywhere in the city, and it appears in many local songs and poems. According to an Aymara legend, it is a guardian watching over the people of La Paz.

Puzzle tip: the snowy peaks and the blue sky are the key; the dry hills come last.
