About Ancient Ruins of Delos

Delos is a small, dry island in the Cyclades, a short boat ride from Mykonos. According to myth, the goddess Leto gave birth here to the twins Apollo and Artemis, and the island became one of the holiest places in Greece, and later a busy free port where traders from all over the Mediterranean met. In 426 BC the Athenians ruled that no one could be born or die on the sacred island. Today nobody lives here but a few guards and archaeologists, and the whole island is an open-air site of temples, houses and mosaics.

Puzzle tip: start with the columns and the stones at their feet; the hill comes next, and the sky goes last.
