About Beach on Rolas Island, Quirimbas Archipelago

Rolas Island is one of the 32 islands of the Quirimbas Archipelago, which stretches for about 250 kilometres along the coast of Cabo Delgado in northern Mozambique. Many of the islands are uninhabited, with only fishermen's huts, white sand and coral reefs, and part of the archipelago belongs to Quirimbas National Park, created in 2002. Visitors usually reach the outer islands on traditional wooden dhows, sailing from Ibo Island, an old trading town of Arab, Swahili and Portuguese merchants. In this photo pale coral rock leads to a white beach and turquoise water, with dhows on the horizon.

Puzzle tip: the turquoise sea and the white beach are a good start; the grey coral rocks in front take longest.
