About Montmorency Falls in Autumn, Quebec City

Fall colours surround Montmorency Falls, just outside Quebec City, Canada. At 83 metres, the falls are about thirty metres higher than Niagara Falls, as the Montmorency River drops over a cliff into the St. Lawrence. Visitors can cross a suspension bridge right above the falling water, climb a long wooden staircase beside it or ride a cable car to the top. In winter the spray freezes into a great cone of ice at the bottom. In this photo the white falls pour down a grey cliff between forests of orange, red and green trees.

Puzzle tip: start with the white waterfall and the bridge at the top, then the grey cliffs, and finish with the trees and the blue sky.
