About Serengeti Savanna

Serengeti National Park in northern Tanzania covers about 14,750 square kilometres of grassland and open woodland. Its name comes from the Maasai language and is often translated as "endless plains". Every year more than a million wildebeest, together with zebras and gazelles, move across it in the Great Migration. This view shows the savanna dotted with flat-topped acacia trees stretching to the horizon.

Puzzle tip: the dirt track and the individual trees are your landmarks; the grass is best sorted by its shade of green.
