About Sitatungas at Dzanga Bai

The sitatunga is an antelope made for swamps: its long, splayed hooves keep it from sinking into soft mud, and when danger comes it can hide in the water with only its nose showing. Males have long spiralled horns, and both sexes have white stripes and spots on a brown coat. At Dzanga Bai, the great forest clearing of the Central African Republic, sitatungas come out to feed beside the elephants, along with forest buffalo and giant forest hogs. This photo shows two sitatungas grazing on the wet ground.

Puzzle tip: start with the two striped antelopes, then the green grass and the trees, and the wet grey ground last.
