About Waterfall in Autumn, Great Smoky Mountains

Great Smoky Mountains National Park receives so much rain, up to about 2,000 millimetres a year on the highest peaks, that it is crossed by thousands of kilometres of streams. Where they tumble over ledges of hard rock, they form waterfalls such as Laurel Falls, Grotto Falls and Abrams Falls. The streams keep the forest damp and green, and in autumn fallen leaves gather in the pools between the rocks. In this photo, taken with a long exposure, the water looks soft and white as it pours past mossy stones and orange leaves.

Puzzle tip: start with the white flowing water, then the mossy rocks, and finish with the orange leaves.
