Comoros Puzzles

The Comoros are a group of volcanic islands in the Indian Ocean, between Mozambique and Madagascar. Our Comoros puzzles show their beaches, fishing canoes and the old medina of the capital, Moroni.

About Comoros

The country is made up of three islands, Grande Comore, Mohéli and Anjouan, and it became independent from France in 1975. Swahili, Arab, Malagasy and French influences have mixed here for centuries, and the islands are known as the perfume islands for their ylang-ylang, vanilla and cloves. Above Moroni rises Mount Karthala, one of the largest active volcanoes in the world.

You can put together boats on a white sandbar, Itsandra Beach near Moroni, an alley of the old medina, and the coconut palms and outrigger canoes of Mitsamiouli Beach.
