Madagascar is the fourth largest island in the world, lying off the south-east coast of Africa. It split from other land masses tens of millions of years ago, and most of its plants and animals are found nowhere else on Earth. Our Madagascar puzzles show its baobabs, lemurs and strange stone landscapes.

Avenue of the Baobabs, Madagascar
Lemurs live only on Madagascar and the small islands nearby; the ring-tailed lemur, with its black and white striped tail, often sunbathes with its arms spread wide. Near the town of Morondava, the Avenue of the Baobabs is lined with giant trees, some of them hundreds of years old.
In the west, the Tsingy de Bemaraha is a forest of razor-sharp limestone needles, protected as World Heritage. You can also piece together the sandstone canyons of Isalo and a sailing boat off the island of Nosy Be.
