About Waterfall in the Forest of Yakushima

Yakushima is a round, mountainous island south of Kyushu, covered in ancient forest and one of the wettest places in Japan; locals joke that it rains thirty-five days a month. Its rivers fall from the mountains to the sea in dozens of waterfalls. In 1993 it became one of Japan's first natural World Heritage Sites, famous for its giant cedars, some of them thought to be thousands of years old. In this photo a broad waterfall pours over dark granite in two white streams, surrounded by green forest.

Puzzle tip: start with the white water, then the dark rocks around it, and finish with the green forest on the slopes.
