About Château de Chambord Reflected in the Cosson

The Château de Chambord in the Loire Valley was begun in 1519 for King Francis I, who wanted a hunting palace grander than any other. It is the largest of the Loire châteaux, and its roof is a forest of towers, chimneys and lanterns that looks like a small town in the sky. Inside, a famous double spiral staircase lets two people climb at the same time without meeting; Leonardo da Vinci, who spent his last years at the king's court, may have inspired its design. In this photo the north front is mirrored in the still water of the Cosson.

Puzzle tip: start with the towers and chimneys on the roof, then the white walls, and finish with the reflection and the sky.
