About Chenonceau at Sunrise

The gallery of Chenonceau is about sixty metres long and runs right across the river Cher, with windows on both sides looking over the water. Catherine de' Medici used it for grand parties, and during the First World War it was turned into a hospital ward for wounded soldiers. The château is still privately owned and is one of the most visited in France. In this photo the early morning sun lights the arches from below, so they glow orange, while the white walls and blue roofs are mirrored in the still river.

Puzzle tip: start with the glowing orange arches, then the white walls and blue roofs, and finish with the reflection and the riverbank.
