About Balconies of Casco Viejo, Panama City

After the pirate Henry Morgan destroyed the first Panama City in 1671, the Spanish rebuilt it on a rocky peninsula a few kilometres away. That district, now called Casco Viejo, is full of houses with wrought-iron balconies, churches and small squares, built by the Spanish, the French and the Americans in turn. After years of neglect it has been restored, and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Puzzle tip: the balconies and the pastel walls are the key; the sky comes last.
