About Milan Cathedral

Milan Cathedral, the Duomo, took almost six centuries to finish: work began in 1386 and the last details of the facade were completed in the 20th century. It is one of the largest churches in the world, built of pale pink-and-white marble and topped with a forest of spires and more than three thousand statues. Visitors can walk out on its roof among the pinnacles.

Puzzle tip: sort the spires from the sky early; the crowd on the square along the bottom makes a good starting edge.
