About Nijubashi Bridge and the Imperial Palace, Tokyo

The Imperial Palace in central Tokyo stands on the site of Edo Castle, once the seat of the Tokugawa shoguns, and the emperor has lived here since 1868, when the capital moved from Kyoto. The palace is surrounded by wide moats and stone walls. The double-arched stone bridge in front, built in 1887, leads to the main gate and is opened to the public only on special days such as New Year. Behind it, among the trees, rises the white Fushimi turret, one of the castle's few surviving towers.

Puzzle tip: start with the stone bridge and its lamps, then the white turret and the trees, and fill in the moat last.
