Papua New Guinea Puzzles

Papua New Guinea covers the eastern half of the island of New Guinea and some 600 smaller islands, just north of Australia. Our Papua New Guinea puzzles show its volcanoes, rivers, forests and coasts.

About Papua New Guinea

People have lived here for at least 50,000 years, and the country has more than 800 languages, more than any other on Earth. Germany and Britain divided the land in the 1880s, Australia later ran both parts, and Papua New Guinea became independent in 1975. Fierce battles of the Second World War were fought at Rabaul, along the Kokoda Track and around the Huon Gulf.

You can assemble the volcanic cones of the Rabaul caldera and the ash plume of Tavurvur, the town of Rabaul above Simpson Harbour, a forest waterfall near Sogeri, a village on the Sepik River, the coast of Salamaua, the fjords of Tufi and a lodge over the sea in Bougainville.
