About The Harbour of Bonifacio

The harbour of Bonifacio lies in a narrow inlet about a kilometre and a half long, hidden between the cliffs, which made it one of the safest natural harbours in the Mediterranean. Ships entering it cannot be seen from the open sea until they are almost inside. Today the quays are lined with restaurants, fishing boats, sailing yachts and large motor yachts that come to Corsica in summer. Above the harbour, steep streets and stairs climb to the old town on the cliff. In this photo the marina is packed with white boats, with houses and green hills around it.

Puzzle tip: start with the white boats and the blue water, then the houses with red roofs, and finish with the green hills.
