About Rialto Bridge, Venice

The Rialto Bridge is the oldest of the four bridges across the Grand Canal in Venice. The stone bridge seen today was finished in 1591, replacing wooden bridges that had burned or collapsed, and it still carries rows of little shops beneath its arches. For centuries the Rialto was the city's busiest trading district, and gondolas and water buses pass under the bridge all day long.

Puzzle tip: the lit arch of the bridge is the centre of the picture, so build outwards from it; the reflections come next.
