About Humayun's Tomb, Delhi

Humayun's Tomb in Delhi was built in the 1560s for the second Mughal emperor, Humayun, at the wish of his widow, Bega Begum. Its Persian architect combined red sandstone with white marble and set the tomb in the middle of a large garden divided into four parts by water channels, a plan meant to recall the garden of paradise. It was the first great garden tomb in India, and its double dome and high platform inspired the Taj Mahal, built some eighty years later. The tomb has been a World Heritage Site since 1993.

Puzzle tip: start with the white dome and the red arches below it; the palm trees and the sky come after.
