About The Acropolis at Night, Athens

The Acropolis is a rocky hill above Athens crowned with temples built in the 5th century BC, when the city was at the height of its power. The largest, the Parthenon, was dedicated to the goddess Athena. On the slope below stands the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, a Roman-era theatre still used for concerts. At nightfall the ancient buildings glow gold under a stormy blue sky.

Puzzle tip: the lit temples and walls come together quickly; the dark trees along the bottom need sorting by shape.
