Kenya, in East Africa, is one of the world's great safari countries, with savannas, lakes and a long coast on the Indian Ocean. Our Kenya puzzles show the Maasai Mara, the flamingos of Lake Nakuru and a traditional boat off Lamu.

Acacia at Sunset, Maasai Mara
The Maasai Mara is famous for the great migration: from about July to October, huge herds of wildebeest and zebras arrive from Tanzania's Serengeti in search of fresh grass. Elephants, giraffes and lions live there all year, among flat-topped acacia trees that glow at sunset.
Lake Nakuru, in the Rift Valley, is known for the flocks of pink flamingos that feed in its shallow water. On the coast, the island town of Lamu is one of the oldest Swahili towns in East Africa; there are almost no cars, and wooden sailing boats called dhows still sail from its harbour.
