The Netherlands is a low, flat country where much of the land lies below sea level, protected by dykes and drained by windmills. Our Netherlands puzzles are set in Amsterdam, a city of canals, bridges and bicycles.

Amsterdam Canal Houses
Amsterdam's ring of canals was dug in the seventeenth century, during the Dutch Golden Age, and is now a World Heritage Site. The tall, narrow canal houses were built on wooden piles driven into the soft ground, which is why some of them lean, like the so-called dancing houses of Damrak.
The city has more bicycles than people, and they are parked on almost every bridge. You can also assemble the Rijksmuseum, the national museum that holds Rembrandt's Night Watch, and canal bridges decorated with flowers.
